What does PR Streak do?
Logging comes first: log sets, reps, weight and RPE with a big number pad made for the gym floor. PR Streak shows what you lifted last time right next to each set, so you always know what to beat.
Every personal record is caught automatically, heaviest weight, most reps, best set volume and estimated 1RM, with clean charts for every exercise from one month to all time and your full history as a list or a calendar.
Start a proven plan in one tap, or build your own routines. PR Streak reminds you to train, at a time you choose, and you can log at least one personal record a week to keep your weekly PR streak.
Your workouts are backed up, and you can export your full training history anytime as CSV or JSON, and bring your history in from Strong or Hevy the same way. You can also log a set hands-free by saying it out loud, and an AI coach can build a starting plan around your goal and your gear.

- Programs: six ready-made plans, Push Pull Legs, 5x5 Strength, Upper/Lower, Full Body 3-Day, Dumbbell Only and Bodyweight Basics, add your own exercises, or build your own routines.

What is progressive overload?
Progressive overload means gradually asking a little more of your muscles over time, for example lifting a bit more weight, doing a few more reps, or adding a set. It is the basic idea behind long-term strength and muscle gains. PR Streak's last-time column is built around it.
What is an estimated 1RM?
Your estimated one-rep max (1RM) is the heaviest weight you could probably lift once with good form, calculated from a lighter set instead of a risky max-effort test. PR Streak blends two classic formulas, Epley and Brzycki, to estimate your 1RM from the sets you log and catches it as a personal record. Try the 1RM Calculator to estimate yours from any set, in pounds or kilograms.
Free Tools
PR Streak's free tools hub links to calculators for one-rep max, strength percentile, body fat, FFMI, barbell programs, workout timers and an exercise library.
