Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TN Labs LLC, doing business as PR Streak (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our PR Streak iOS mobile application (“Service”).

ENTITY INFORMATION

Company: TN Labs LLC

Doing Business As: PR Streak

Contact: drawer_icier.6r@icloud.com

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal Information

  • Account information, only if you create an account: the name and email address that Apple or Google shares with us when you sign in, and a user ID. You can use PR Streak without an account.
  • If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google account ID and a link to your profile picture. PR Streak passes Google's sign-in token to Supabase to create your account. It uses only Google's basic sign-in and does not access your Gmail, Google Drive or contacts.
  • Setup answers: your goal, experience, training days per week, equipment and how you heard about PR Streak. If you have an account, we save these answers to your profile.
  • Subscription information: your purchase history and subscription status. Apple handles the payment. We never see your card details.
  • Random IDs that our analytics and subscription providers create for your installation of the app. We do not collect your advertising ID.
  • Usage data and analytics (see ANALYTICS below)

Workout and Voice Data

  • Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weights, RPE, notes, routines, and personal records)
  • Workout metadata (title, duration, timestamp, and progress over time)
  • Custom exercises you create
  • Body measurements you enter, such as body weight, body fat and body part sizes
  • Voice logging uses your microphone and the speech recognition built into your iPhone. Audio and the words you say are processed on your iPhone. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Without an account, your workout data stays on your iPhone. If you create an account, it is also synced to our servers so you can get it back on a new phone.

IMPORTANT: Workout and fitness data may be considered personal information under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, as it can reveal health and physical-activity characteristics.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device and app information, such as your device model, iOS version, app version, language and time zone
  • App usage patterns and performance data
  • IP address and general location information. Our analytics provider works out your approximate location, such as your country or city, from your IP address.
  • Crash reports and error logs

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide workout logging, history, and progress tracking
  • Back up and sync your data, if you have an account
  • Give you AI coach plans and suggestions, only if you turn on the AI coach
  • Save workouts and body weight to Apple Health and read your body weight from it, only if you turn on Health sync
  • Manage your subscription
  • Understand how the app is used and improve it
  • Ensure app security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • Contract performance: To provide our workout tracking services
  • Legitimate interest: For security, fraud prevention, and service improvement
  • Consent: For optional features such as the AI coach and Apple Health sync

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services:

  • Workout logs: Until you delete your account. A workout you delete in the app is hidden right away and stays in our database, marked as deleted, until your account is deleted
  • Routines and progress history: Until you delete your account. Routines and other items you delete in the app are handled the same way
  • Account information: Until you delete your account
  • Usage analytics: 24 months maximum, then aggregated and anonymized

When you delete your account in the app, we delete your account and your synced data from our servers right away. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Data that stays on your iPhone is removed when you delete the app.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

If you create an account, your data is stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider:

  • Standard Supabase security in transit and at rest
  • Each account can only read and change its own data
  • Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Data backup and disaster recovery procedures

DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

With Your Explicit Consent

  • The AI coach, if you turn it on (see AI COACH below)
  • A workout you choose to share with a link (see SHARE LINKS below)
  • Apple Health, if you turn on Health sync (see APPLE HEALTH below)
  • Data export requests you initiate

Legal Requirements

  • To comply with valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders)
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety
  • To prevent fraud or illegal activities

Service Providers

These providers process data for us to run PR Streak:

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions for your account and synced data (privacy policy)
  • OpenAI: builds AI coach plans and suggestions, only if you turn on the AI coach (privacy policy)
  • RevenueCat: manages your subscription. It receives your purchase history, an app user ID and, if you have an account, your email address (privacy policy)
  • PostHog: product analytics, described under ANALYTICS below (privacy policy)
  • Apple: App Store payments and Sign in with Apple (privacy policy)
  • Google: Sign in with Google (privacy policy)

All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

SHARE LINKS

You can create a link to a finished workout. This needs an account. If you create a link:

  • We publish a summary of that workout on a public page on prstreak.com. Anyone who has the link can open it.
  • The page shows the workout title, when it happened, how long it took, the exercises, each set (weight, reps and similar details), and totals such as volume and personal records.
  • The page does not show your name, email address, account ID, body weight or workout notes.
  • We ask search engines not to list these pages.
  • We count how many times a link is opened, and we use the IP address of visitors to limit abuse.
  • You can turn a link off at any time. Open the workout in the app and choose Stop Sharing Link. The page then stops working. Deleting the workout or your account also turns the link off.

Anyone who has your link can open the page, so share it only with people you want to see it.

REFUND REQUEST HANDLING

When you request a refund for an in-app purchase through Apple, we may share certain account and purchase information with Apple to help inform their refund decision. This includes:

  • The age of your account with us
  • The total amount, in USD, of in-app purchases you have made
  • The total amount, in USD, of refunds you have previously received
  • The platform on which the purchase was made
  • The status of your account (active or inactive)
  • Whether the purchased content was successfully delivered
  • Our preference regarding the outcome of your refund request

This data is shared with Apple Inc. solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests in accordance with their policies. Apple makes the final decision on whether to grant or deny a refund. By using PR Streak and making in-app purchases, you consent to this sharing of information. You can read more about Apple's refund process at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.

ANALYTICS

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how PR Streak is used and to improve it. PostHog receives:

  • What you do in the app, such as the screens you open in setup and on the paywall, and actions like starting or finishing a workout, using voice logging or sharing a workout
  • Your setup answers: your goal, experience, training days per week, equipment and how you heard about PR Streak, including the short note you can add
  • Device and app information, and your approximate location, which PostHog works out from your IP address
  • If you have an account, your user ID and email address

We do not send your sets, weights, workout notes or body measurements to PostHog.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

PR Streak has no ads and contains no advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, so PR Streak does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not collect your advertising ID. We do not sell your personal data. Your Apple Health data is never used for advertising or marketing.

AI COACH

The AI coach is optional. It is off until you turn it on. The first time you use it, the app asks for your permission. You can turn it off again at any time in Settings. While it is off, nothing is sent to OpenAI.

When the AI coach is on, PR Streak sends the following to OpenAI, a third-party AI provider. The data goes through our server:

  • Your coach answers: your goal, experience, training days per week, equipment, and any areas you want to train around
  • Your sets and workout summaries: for a next-set suggestion, the exercise name and your recent sets for it (date, weight and reps). After a workout, the workout title, how long it took, how many personal records you set, and the exercise names with their set counts.

We do not send your name, email address or account ID to OpenAI. The AI coach works only when you are signed in.

OpenAI uses this data to build workout plans and suggest your next set, and we show you the result in the app. OpenAI handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy).

  • Your data is NOT used to train or improve our AI models
  • Your workout data is not shared with AI training datasets

Voice logging is not part of the AI coach. It runs on your iPhone and is never sent to OpenAI.

AI coach suggestions are general training information. They are not medical advice. See a qualified professional if you have pain or an injury.

APPLE HEALTH

Apple Health sync is optional. It is off until you turn it on in Settings, and iOS asks for your permission.

When Health sync is on, PR Streak:

  • Saves your finished workouts to Apple Health, with the duration and an estimate of the active energy you burned
  • Saves your body weight to Apple Health when you log it in PR Streak
  • Reads your body weight from Apple Health, so bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups count toward your volume

The body weight that PR Streak reads from Apple Health becomes one of your body measurements in the app. If you have an account, your measurements are synced to our servers with your other data.

Your Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, and it is not sold. We do not send your Health data to OpenAI or to our analytics provider.

You can turn Health sync off at any time in Settings. Turning it off stops PR Streak from saving or reading Health data. It does not delete what is already in Apple Health. You can manage what PR Streak can access in the Health app.

NOTIFICATIONS

PR Streak sends notifications from your iPhone only. They are local notifications created by the app, and we do not use a push notification service. They include your training reminder, the rest timer, and messages about your trial or subscription. You can turn the training reminder off in Settings, and all notifications off in iOS Settings.

OUR WEBSITE

Our website, prstreak.com, uses Plausible Analytics to measure visits and see which pages are used. You can read Plausible's data policy at https://plausible.io/data-policy. Public pages for shared workouts are described under SHARE LINKS above.
